I worked with Mike during the years that he served as the CEO of Hills & Dales Community Hospital and was always impressed with his ability to critically think through issues. I also spent several days in the field with him hunting pheasants at the Rooster Ranch and laughed at each other when one got away. Although I never had the pleasure of playing golf with Mike, I wish I had because my understanding was that he was a "scratch" player. I have missed Mike being part of our discussions and hope he is at peace. Steve Barnett
