CHERYL CHRISTINE BEUTLER,
48 of Kingston, died after a yearlong battle with cancer Saturday, February 2, 2019 in Hills and Dales General Hospital, Cass City. She was born November 24, 1970 in Maryville, Missouri to Charles Estes and Carol (Nicholson) Price. She married Ronald Kevin Beutler July 25, 1992 in Colorado Springs, CO.
Cheryl attended Nazarene Bible College in Colorado for two years, where she was active in the choir and sang on many tours. Cheryl loved children and time spent working in youth ministry. While living in Colorado, she was instrumental in organizing Bible Quizzing and helped coach many students. Cheryl enjoyed scrapbooking and was known as a good cook. She took pride in homeschooling her autistic son, Michael.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Ronald Kevin Beutler of Kingston; their son, Michael Christopher Beutler of Kingston; her parents; Wally and Carol Price of Olathe, KS; her biological father, Charles Estes of Lansing, KS; brothers: Craig (Rev. Amy) Byerley of Brookfield, FL; Jason (Shelli) Byerley of Blue Springs, MS; sister, Rachael Morrison of Olathe, KS; her grandmother, Joyce Price of Greenville, MI; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; Cheryl is also survived by Ronald’s family: parents, Ron and Sharon Beutler of Kingston; sisters: Karen (Brian) Hale of Madison, ME; Kelly (Rick) Hale of Gaines, MI; grandmother, Janette Hazzard of Snover. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Ivan and Rose Nicholson, William Price.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Kingston Wesleyan Church with Pastor Len Wyatt officiating. Private interment will be held at a later time.
