CARI LIN RUSSELL

Cari L. Russell, 55, of Cass City, died Monday, June 29, 2026 at United Hospice Residence of Aspire in Marlette. She was born March 25, 1971 in Cass City to Richard Tindale and Janice Lynn (Parker) Hunt. She married Kurt Alan Russell on May 15, 2015 in Caro.

Cari graduated from Cass City High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business. She worked for DTE, in customer service, and also for Kelly & Company Realty in Cass City for many years. Cari also owned and operated CK Graphics. She liked scrapbooking and diamond art. Cari enjoyed riding the trails up north and especially time on the beach in Florida. She loved bowling with the girls and spending time with her family the most, especially her grandson.

Cari is survived by her husband, Kurt; daughters: Casey Rabideau, Morgan Russell; grandson, Berrek Wroubel; brother, Brian Hunt; niece, Emma Hunt; nephew, Ethan Hunt. Cari is preceded in death by her parents and aunt, Barbara Ball.

Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2026 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Sam Leppert, Funeral Celebrant officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Novesta Church of Christ.
