PEGGY LOUISE CLARK,
57, of Kingston, died following a short illness Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Toni and Trish House in Auburn. She was born June 27, 1961 in Midland the second of four children born to William “Red” and Alice Strack. She married Brent Clark April 17, 1999 in Midland.

Peggy graduated from H.H. Dow High School in Midland with the class of 1979. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Michigan State University in 1983. After working as laboratory assistant at Boston University, she returned to Michigan studied Pharmacy and graduated from Ferris State University. Peggy worked as a Pharmacist for various pharmacies including Vassar IGA Pharmacy, North Branch Pharmacy, Creative Compounding, and other Ehardt Pharmacies in the Thumb area. Peggy enjoyed riding and caring for horses, horticulture and reading. She was an avid reader, reading over 300 pages an hour. Peggy loved animals especially their new shepherd, Rascal. Peggy also enjoyed riding on her husband’s motorcycle.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Brent; mother, Alice Strack of Midland; siblings: Eric Strack of Midland, Alison (Barry Levin) Strack of New Jersey, Susan Strack of Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father, William “Red” Strack.

Family and friends gathering Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Wilson-Miller Funeral Home, 4210 N. Saginaw Road, Midland, MI 48640. Memorial service held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2019 in Kranz Funeral Home, Kingston with Paul Melcher officiating. Memorials may be made to Toni and Trish House Hospice (toniandtrishhouse.org) or The Catherine H. Tuck Foundation, 1266 W. Paces Ferry Road NW #421, Atlanta, GA 30327 (catherinefund.org). The mission of “The Catherine Fund” is to help working women nationwide who are struggling to pay their bills during breast cancer treatment.
