RITA CORL
Rita Corl, 87, of Deford, died following a short illness, Tuesday, December 13, 2016 with her family by her side in Covenant Medical Center, Saginaw. She was born October 5, 1929 in Detroit to Michael Raymond and Stella (Sobka) Babina. She married Glen W. Corl August 28, 1954 in Caro. He died July 17, 2000.
Rita is survived by her children: Charlene McNeil of Deford, Sue (Ed) Skukalek of Kingsland, GA, Glenda (Lee) Deering of Deford, Michael Corl of Deford, Sandy Corl of Cass City; grandchildren: Lisa (Chad) Biehl, Leann (Jason) Maurer, Sara Eisinger, Ashley (Brian) Maxwell; great grandchildren: Taven, Liam, Greyson, Myah, Libby, and Calden; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandson, John Guc; sister, Cassie Stawarz; brother, Stanley Kissell.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 in Our Lady Consolata Parish St. Pancratius Catholic Church, Cass City with Rev. Christian Tabares officiating. Interment will be in Novesta Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Family Discretionary Fund.
