JOHN "JACK" OLIVER CRANDALL
John Oliver Crandall, 75, of Sebewaing, died following a long illness Thursday, October 27, 2016 in his home. He was born March 20, 1941 in Saginaw to John and Geraldine (Lintz) Crandall. He married Evelyn Ann Zeplin January 20, 2004 in Caro.
Jack loved watching the races at the Silver Bullet Speedway in Owendale. He liked trout fishing and deer hunting with his son and grandson. Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Jack is survived by his best friend and wife Evelyn; daughter, Cristal Crandall of Sebewaing; son, Jerry (Beverly) Crandall of Deford; step children: Ryan Wutzke, Justin Wutzke, Joshua Wutzke; grandchildren: Jerry Crandall II, Stacy (Don) Doyle, Katelynn Crandall, Elizabeth Wutzke, Jordan Wutzke, Kroy Wutzke, Sawyer Wutzke, Brooklyn Wutzke, Heaven Wutzke; great grandchildren: Jerry Crandall III, Dakota Doyle, Callie Doyle, Emily Crandall; sisters: Sandy (Jack) Edwards of Cass City, Geraldine (Tony) Edwards of Reese, Martaretta "Getty" (Jim) Krzak of Shields; step brother, Jeff (Kris) Crandall; step sister, Patricia (Joe) Rocha; several nieces and nephews; mother in law, Alice Nickerson of Cass City. He touched the lives of many people with a special mention to Jennifer Mahacsi and Charlie Mahacsi and their children. Jack is also survived by his estranged children: John Crandall, Pam Uhl, Patricia Kelly; several estranged grand children and great grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his children: Jeffery Crandall, Joseph Crandall, Elizabeth Crandall; grandson, Quentin Wutzke; brothers: Bob Crandall, Tom Crandall; step brother, Butch Crandall; father in law, Orville Nickerson.
