DEBRA ANN MILLIGAN

Debra A. Milligan, 65, of Marysville, died Saturday, July 25, 2026 in Henry Ford St. John Hospital, Detroit. She was born December 12, 1960 in Cass City to Frederick William and Ann Marie (Bright) Milligan II.

Debra graduated from Cass City High School in 1979 and attended Indiana Vocational Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Computer Programming in May, 1982. She worked remotely, as a computer program analyst, for Intertape Polymer Group based in Sarasota, FL. In her younger years, Debra enjoyed tending to her horses and showing them at the county fairs with her cousins. She golfed, bowled and participated in several leagues. An avid music fan, Debra played the flute and the piano. She loved her cat, Mamma Mia.

Debra is survived by her siblings: Frederick William Milligan III of Pigeon; Patricia (Lawrence) Miller of Deford; John (Anna) Milligan of Marlette; Jullia (Matt) Shay of Warren; nieces and nephews: Christina Bieri of Pigeon; Darren Miller of Deford; Rachel Good of Decker; Justin Miller of Deford; Tori Provo of Riley; Lela Milligan of Marlette; Logan Milligan of Marlette; Davianna Shay of Warren; Olivia Shay of Warren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the Cass City V.F.W. Hall.
