GARY EUGENE WILSON

     Gary E. Wilson, 66, of Kingston died Monday, April 20, 2026 in Covenant Healthcare, Cooper Campus, Saginaw. He was born February 2, 1960 to Franklin and Donna (Travelstead) Wilson in Pontiac.

     Gary graduated from high school and took some college courses before working with his father’s construction company. Around 1990, he and his family moved to the Mayville area and started farming. Gary always had a heart for animals and he would help his neighbors by their milking cows. Gary enjoyed wood working, listening to country music, and deer hunting. He proudly tended to his large vegetable garden.

     Gary is survived by his sons: Tony (Samantha) Wilson of Deford, Ryan Wilson of Kingston; grandchildren: Luke and Luci; his significant other of almost forty years, Dana Carter of Kingston; brothers: Jim (Connie) Wilson, Steve (Janice) Wilson, Bob (Debbie) Wilson; sister, Helen (David) Rojas; niece, Christina; nephews: Michael, David, Bradly, Joshua. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Marie Wilson; his parents, and his infant sister.

     Memorial service held 11:00 am Monday, April 27, 2026 in First Baptist Church of Cass City with Pastor Christian Wright officiating. Memorials may be made to his family to be used at their discretion.
