PAUL ALBERT GYOMORY,
90, of Deford died unexpectedly Tuesday, August 29, 2017 in Marlette Regional Hospital, Marlette. He was born January 14, 1927 on the family farm in Kingston the last of five sons born to Steve and Lidia (Kovacs) Gyomory. He married Nancy Paladi December 7, 1963 in Novesta Church. She died March 17, 2014.
Paul began his life working on the family farm. Throughout the years he learned to do all the chores and eventually the farm became his. They raised many animals over the years along with growing crops. Farming was his life and was deep in his heart. Paul liked to hunt and fish back in the day and he loved to play Euchre.
Paul is survived by his sisters-in-law: Beatrice Gyomory of Canton, Mary Gyomory of Kingston; nieces and nephews: Cheryl (Ben) Fontana of Canton, Linda Gyomory of North Branch, Kathrine (Ed) Lasak of Sterling Heights, Doug (Florence) Gyomory of North Branch, Frank (Brenda) Gyomory of Lapeer, Jackson (Debbie) Gyomory of North Branch, Dennis Gyomory of Clifford, Alex Paladi of Deford, Eddie (Cheryl) Paladi of Cass City, Maria Gyomory of Taylor, Cathy Gyomory of Clifford; several great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his brothers: Steven Gyomory, Alex Gyomory, Julius Gyomory, Frank Gryomory; nephews: Gerald Gyomory, Steven Gyomory, John Gyomory.
Funeral service held 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2017 in Kranz Funeral Home, Kingston with Debra L. Kranz, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating. Interment is in Kingston Cemetery.
