JOYCE HAMILTON
Joyce Ann Hamilton, 75, of Cass City died following a short illness, Saturday, February 27, 2016 in her home. She was born April 13, 1940 in Garden City to Frank and Evelyn (Langis) Betka. She married James D. Hamilton August 19, 1961 in Garden City. He died May 26, 2015.
Joyce enjoyed visiting casinos and playing poker with her family. She liked to work with dried floral arrangements and owned Joy's Florals in Sterling Heights. Traverse City was Joyce's favorite place to vacation with her family. She loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events, where she was affectionately known as "Hammy's Grammy".
Joyce is survived by her son, Robert (Shelly) Hamilton of Cass City; grandchildren: Brendan and Brittany; brother, James Betka of Inkster.
