Edward Michael "Mike" Hebner

September 13, 1953 — August 25, 2020

EDWARD MICHAEL “MIKE” HEBNER,
66, of Kingston left this world on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 in the comfort of his home. He was born September 13, 1953 in Grand Rapids to L. Edward and Betty Irene (Wittmer) Hebner. He married Margaret Irene Morrison October 2, 1976 in Royal Oak.

Mike graduated from Kimball High School, Royal Oak in 1971. He worked as a paint technician for Ford Utica Trim Plant and retired after thirty-one years. Mike came to the Kingston area to buy hunting property and decided to make it his home. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and peaceful walks in the woods. Mike took his family on long car rides, making many memories along the way. Family was always very important to him and Mike always enjoyed visiting his parents and sisters. Together, he and Margaret attended Lamotte Missionary Church, Marlette.

Mike is survived by his wife, Margaret; his sons: Noah (Stacey) Hebner of Warren, Matthew Hebner of Royal Oak, Joshua Hebner of Royal Oak; his father, L. Edward Hebner; sisters: Diana (Dick) Foust of Fort Wayne, IN; Pat (Lloyd) Arashiro of South Bend, IN; Shari (Tom) Minke of New Hudson. He is preceded in death by his mother.

Graveside service held 1:00 p.m. September 12, 2020 in Kingston Cemetery, located at the corner of M46 and S. Cemetery Road south of Kingston, with Rev. Tom Brink of Lamotte Missionary Church of Marlette officiating. In accordance with the current state executive order, attendees are kindly reminded to wear a mask or other facial covering and practice social distancing.
