JAMES GARFIELD BEVERLY

James G. Beverly, 79, of Gagetown, died Wednesday, October 14, 2026 in the comfort of his home. He was born January 3, 1947 in Portland, Oregon to Pauline (Fox) Waterman and Rosco Garfield Beverly. He married Billie Guinther on July 24, 1970 in Otter Lake.

With his easygoing nature, Jim walked through life getting along with everyone he met.

Jim is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Billie; children: Cheryl (Todd) Baltzell, Lorie Herrin, Holly (David) Karpovich, Natalie (Robert) Rainbolt, James R. Beverly; sixteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; sister, Bonita Fox; many nieces and nephews; four sisters-in-law; and close friend, Martin. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and step-father, Robert Waterman.
