JOHN MICHAEL FITZPATRICK
John M. Fitzpatrick, 67, of Cass City died Thursday afternoon, March 12, 2026 in his home. He was born August 22, 1958 in London, Ontario, Canada to Maurice Joseph and Lillian Elizabeth (Pinkie) Fitzpatrick. He married Pauline Endert on November 18, 2000 in Snover.
John graduated from Centerline High School and later became a master electrician. His job as an electrician also included working as an electrician contractor, working with refrigeration and heating, hydraulic repair, and construction. John was a kind, quiet, and well-liked man who would do anything for anyone. An extremely hard worker, he enjoyed tinkering, fixing, and building. John appreciated the importance of knowledge and continued to learn as much as he could about projects he was tasked with or things of interest.
His hobbies included fishing and he recently discovered the joy of camping. John would try to tell a joke, but watching him try to tell it was more fun than the joke itself. His greatest love was his family and gathering with them, especially for cook outs.
John is survived by his wife, Pauline; son, Aaron Fitzpatrick of Palm Dale, CA; Donald (Tammy) Endert of Cass City, Ronald (Trish) Endert of Davison, Theresa (Robert) Jewell of Caro, Jason (Saul) Endert of Bay City; six grandchildren, several great grandchildren; sisters: Carolyn (Randy) McConnell of Renton, WA; Mary (Joe) Spuckler of Plano, TX; Norma Chandler of Bowling Green, KY; Laura (Jim) Williams of Three Mile Bay, NY; Lois (Milton) Ngope of Botswana, Africa; brother, Roy (Theresa) Fitzpatrick of Davidsonville, MD; nine nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service held Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Pastor Wendy Orzel officiating. Burial in Elkland Township Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Pauline Fitzpatrick for the discretion of the family.
