CLAUDE CARL LEYVA
66, of Caro, died peacefully at home Wednesday, August 18, 2021 with family and friends by his side following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born May 20, 1955 in Cass City to Joseph D. Leyva, Sr. and Estela (Pena) Leyva. He met Dawn Miller in 1999 and they married March 4, 2017 in Caro.

He never missed one of his grandkid’s ball games. A long-time musician, Claude was a drummer in many bands. Music was his life and he loved attending music festivals and parades.
