WILLIAM GERALD MCCLOREY,
33, of Sebewaing died suddenly Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in his home. He was born July 31, 1981 in Cass City the second of four sons born to Robert Arthur and Debra Lee (Guest) McClorey. He married Jennifer Marie Sparkes August 22, 2010 at the Thumb Octagon Barn in Gagetown
Bill graduated from Owendale Gagetown High School in 2000 where he was known as "Goat" to his friends. He worked for Dome Corporation of North America in Saginaw for many years. He later worked for Kappen Saw Mill for a couple years before beginning his current job with Blue Diamond in Pigeon. Bill enjoyed perch fishing, deer hunting, camping and cruising the back roads. He loved listening to music especially Bob Seger. Bill was a good guy, always the life of the party. He loved life and making people laugh.
Bill is survived by his wife, Jennifer; children: Tyson John and Lily Marie at home; parents: Robert and Debra McClorey of Cass City; brothers: Robert Richard McClorey of Cass City; Kyle Nathaniel McClorey of Cass City; great grandmother, Margaret Finkbeiner of Novi; aunts and uncles: Ken McClorey of Caro, Alan McClorey of Cass City, Brian (Deb) McClorey of Cass City, Brenda McClorey of Cass City, Paul McClorey of Cass City, Tammy (Jon) Apley of Gagetown, Walter (Laura) McClorey of Sandusky, LouAnn McClorey of Cass City; Mary McClorey of Cass City; Tammy (Tom) Rinnart of Gagetown, Duane Guest of Phoenix, AZ; many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his infant brother, Eric James McClorey; grandparents: Donna Lee Finkbeiner, Gerald Francis Finkbeiner, Richard Paul and Margaret Ann McClorey; uncle, Dan McClorey; step-grandfather, Carl Lindfors.
Memorial service held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Pastor David Cooper of Deford Community Church, officiating. Interment will take place later in Grant Township Cemetery, Gagetown. Memorials may be made to Family Discretionary Fund.
