GEORGE LAVERNE McKEE,
80, of Davison, died peacefully Saturday, October 24, 2020 in McLaren Flint. He was born March 9, 1940 in Decker to Eugene and Lila (Chapman) McKee. He married Maxine Lois Root August 26, 1961 in Cass City. She died September 30,1999. He married Betty Butterfield May 25, 2002.
George is survived by his children: Eugene McKee and family; Paul McKee and family; Cindi McKee-Dail and family; siblings: Elmer McKee and Ruth Ann McCafferty. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters: infant Evelyn, Lucille Crittenden; brothers: Alvin McKee, Herbert McKee, Frank McKee, John McKee and
Grant McKee.
Private graveside service held in Elkland Township Cemetery.
