RICHARD CLARE McNINCH
Richard C. McNinch, 54, of Westfield, IN; formerly of Kingston, died unexpectedly Monday, September 3, 2018 in Scheurer Hospital, Pigeon. He was born January 15, 1964 in Key West, FL to Richard and Susan (Peter) McNinch.
Richard graduated from Kingston High School in 1982. He earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Michigan State University. Richard worked in print media and industrial photo imaging for Kodak, Sony and most recently a senior account manager for DNP Imaging. Photography, especially outdoor still photography, was his passion. Richard enjoyed cycling and was a founding member of the Dirty Thumb Bicycle Club. He loved coming back home to the Thumb area and boating on Lake Huron and the Saginaw Bay.
Richard is survived by his daughters: Adriana McNinch of Bangor, ME; Alyssa McNinch of Westfield, IN; Autumn McNinch of Westfield, IN and their mother, Florence Trisch of Westfield, IN; his mother, Susan (Robert) Hamilton of Caseville; his sister, Mary (Bill) Maese of Peoria, AZ; his fiancé, Jodi Holwerda of Westfield, IN; several relatives and many close friends. He is preceded in death by his golden retriever, Otis.
Memorial service held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 in Kingston United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Harriman officiating. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
