PAMELA LYNN CHAMPAGNE

     Pamela L. Champagne, 66, of Ubly, died Friday, October 9, 2026 in the comfort of her home. She was born July 18, 1960 in Bad Axe to Virgil Albert and Arlene Margaret (Schenk) Champagne.

     Pamela attended Ubly High School and worked for a time at Kmart and Walmart, but her truest and most important calling was caring for her mother. She found great joy in creative arts and crafts, and held a deeply special place in her heart for children and animals. Pamela loved watching the wildlife in her yard, especially the deer and birds that visited, and could often be found working on her favorite word search puzzles. Known for her boundless generosity and gentle spirit, she was truly the kindest person, always willing to give whatever she had to anyone in need.

     Pamela is survived by her brothers: Roger (Bonnie) Champagne of Freeland, Wayne Champagne of Florida, Bryce (Nancy) Champagne of Ubly; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dale Champagne.

     Service held at a later date. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Roger Champagne for the discretion of the family.
