DALE JERRY PETERS
61, of Cass City, died unexpectedly March 21, 2022 while working outdoors. He was born November 17, 1960 to Marcus and Beatrice (Grifka) Peters in Bad Axe. He married Lugene Ann Reinelt on May 1, 2004 in the Celebration Wedding Chapel in Snover.
Dale attended Cass City High School and went to work for Reed’s Carpenters. He found his calling as a carpenter and builder. Dale worked for himself for many years and was a workaholic. He was always building a cabinet or working on some other project. Dale enjoyed being outdoors cutting wood or deer hunting. He was also fond of spending time with his pug, Jasmine.
Dale is survived by his wife, Lugene; his son, Andrew (Sally) Peters of Pigeon, step son, Kris Kruse of Cass City; step grandchildren: Jamison Kruse, Alivia (Kyle Collings) Roehrig, Desmyne Kruse; siblings: JoAnn (Greg) McCarty, Carl Peters, Delores Roberts, Sharon (Marv) Kritzman, Norm (Sherry) Peters; many nieces, nephews and relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Derek Dillon.
