Robert “Bob” Frank Moore, 67, died on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, surrounded by family following a difficult battle with cancer. He was born on July 3, 1959, in Pontiac to Saundra Kay Moore.

Bob graduated from Sandusky High School with the Class of 1977. Bob and Colleen purchased Parkside Meats and Deli in Sandusky and ran it successfully for over seventeen years. He was a man of many skills and trades, but chose to open a business, the Weathered Windmill in Millington, displaying his passion for picking and selling antiques. Through his involvement with the stores, Bob gained a legacy of fairness and honesty. He developed many enduring friendships with customers, vendors, and visitors alike.

Bob had a passion for baseball throughout his whole life. He particularly enjoyed coaching and teaching young athletes the fundamentals and love of the sport. Bob’s other favorite pastime was spending time with his family, especially with his six grandsons. He loved spending time with them at the lake, hunting and watching them participate in their various activities.

Bob is survived by his daughters: Stephanie Moore, Jenna (Richard III) Kearns, Kelsey (Austin) Groner; grandsons: Hunter and Blake Brown, Richard (IV) and Robert Kearns, Jameson and Jackson Groner; brothers: David (Claudia) Moore, Micheal (Joni) Novinski, Joesph (Danielle) Moore, Steve (Jennifer) Moore; sister: Terry Moore; Robert’s girlfriend, Virgina Lafond and her children: Shyanne (Cody) McCormick, Madison and Bryson Lafond; and her grandsons. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Saundra and Dale Moore; and Colleen Moore.

Memorial service held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 in Kranz Funeral Home of Cass City with Rev. Dr. Ken Krucker officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family to be used at their discretion.
