BETTY MAY SWAIM,
93, of Cass City, died Friday, December 6, 2013 in Hills and Dales General Hospital following a short illness. She was born January 18, 1920 to Charley and Jeannette Swaim.
Betty enjoyed cross stitch, tatting and working on puzzles. She was a fun loving person, a strong Christian girl. She loved people and loved listening to Christian music. Betty graduated from Highland Pines School. She was a resident and part of the family at Johnson Adult Foster Care home for 23 years.
Betty is survived by nieces and nephews; caregiver and family, Peggy and Chris Johnson and her fellow residents and friends of Johnson AFC Home. She is preceded in death by her sister, Eva and her parents.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at her graveside in Goodland Township Cemetery, Imlay City. Memorials may be made to Highland Pines School. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
